First select the Player Icon from within the game, in the top left corner of the HUD.
Select "Change Username" from the Player Options Menu that pops up:
Enter the new username you'd like to use, and click Update so it takes effect. It costs 50 $PIXEL to change your username.
Your new name should take effect immediately! Happy farming. 🙂
