This Article details how to Open a Support Ticket, including a step-by-step guide on where to access the Support Center, and any necessary troubleshooting if the Intercom Message button is not available.
The Ticket System is available via the Dashboard primarily, but also the Pixels Help Desk if you've logged in to the dashboard previously.
To open a ticket, either open the support center via the in-game HUD:

Once at the dashboard or support center, click the green message button in the bottom right of the window:
Once you've clicked the green message button, click Messages on the bottom bar and Send Message.
Follow the Flow to get the solution you need. If a solution is not found, you'll be able to speak to one of the Support Team.
Note: If you do not see the option to Send Messages, then go directly to the dashboard link and log in, then try again.
If you do not see the green icon, try to use an incognito browser where no extensions are enabled except for the necessary ones.
