What is a Content Creator Code?
Content Creator Codes are codes you use when making $PIXEL purchases to receive a 5% discount, all while supporting your favorite Guilds or Content Creators! Pixels has launched a 1-month BETA to test out content creator codes with all guilds and content creators who applied.
How does it work?
For every $PIXEL purchase you make with a Content Creator Code, you will receive a 5% Discount. Additionally, the owner of the code will also receive 5% earnings from your purchase (direct to their on-chain wallet)! If the owner is a guild, the $PIXEL goes to the treasury.
How long does the beta last?
For 1 Month - Until March 18th, 2025
How to use it?
When you make any purchase in $PIXEL, there will be a section to enter a Creator Code.
Click "Enter Creator Code?" and a pop up will appear. Enter the creator code given by your guild or favorite content creator and click Check.
When the system is finished checking, it should display the discount you'll receive. Go ahead and finish your purchase!
If the system says No Discount From code "<CODE>" then you may have entered an incorrect code! Double check the code you entered, and try again.
When do Content Creators and Guilds receive their earnings?
Content Creators and Guilds will not receive earnings immediately. These will be sent out in batches to the on-chain wallet approximately every 5 hours. (this is not an exact representation of the time between batches, just an approximate)
